How Veritect Digital handles the information you share with us. Last updated October 2026.
The short version
We collect only what we need to reply to you and do our work. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, email, company, website and message. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms.
- Booking. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and answers to booking questions, and adds the meeting to our calendar.
- Chat assistant. Messages you type are sent to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude) to generate replies. We don't store chat transcripts. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the conversation in our business email.
How we use it
To answer your questions, prepare proposals, deliver projects and improve this website. We share information only with the services listed above, and only so they can do their job for us.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
